I work with a full spectrum of public and non-profit organizations from small start-ups to well-established community icons.

My clients provide a wide-range of community benefits: social services, health care, education, environment, arts, philanthropy, and civic engagement. I also work with private sector businesses interested in enhancing the workplace and drawing out the best in their employees.

I offer consulting services in leadership development, system dynamics, interpersonal relations, executive coaching, group development, strategy formulation, strategic planning, transition planning, adapting to change, dealing with conflict, decision-making, and communication and listening skills.

My involvement with clients ranges from working one-on-one with individuals, to supporting interpersonal dynamics between two or more in small groups, to facilitating very large groups of as many as a hundred or more people. An assignment can take place in a day, a year, or over the course of several years.
